Gossip Lanka Tag -The price of 60 types of drugs has been increased by May 15 night.Minister of Health, Indigenous Medicine Dr. Rajitha Senaratne has raised the prices of these drugs through a special gazette notification.
Accordingly, prices of essential drugs including Albendazole, amoxicillin, paracetamol, and etc.. have increased.All these price-enhancing drugs were previously price controlled and reduced prices.
